It’s a dog’s life {Orange County Pet Photographer}

I had the wonderful opportunity about a month ago to volunteer for a community awareness event for SCART – which stands for Surf City Animal Response Team at the lovely Orange Dog Bar & Grill in Huntington Beach. The event was to raise awareness of how o respond to animal needs and assist other agencies during a disaster or crisis, and o educate the public in the care of animals during a disaster or crisis and educate them regarding animal abuse.  There was lots of great food, fun people, and awesome pet contest and as part of a fundraising effort, participants could have their pet’s portrait taken to go up on the wall of the Orange Dog Bar & Grill!  There were some really gorgeous pets coming in and I think you will agree some very unique contestants for the “best dressed” category of the doggie pageant!

Doesn’t Carly look kind of like an angel puppy, sitting on fluffy white clouds in the clear blue sky? With her little “halo” crown?

Some beautiful SCART volunteers!

And the fabulous Orange Dog Bar & Grill – and the “wall of fame” that the new doggie portraits will be going up on!
