Last month I had the honor of meeting and photographing sweet baby Olivia! This was my first newborn session in my new home studio, and it was so nice not to have to pack up all of my lights and baby gear to do this session. She gave us a run for our money though… in spite of yawning almost every time I clicked the shutter, Olivia simply did not want to sleep. Normally that’s a problem, but in this case, Olivia was perfectly content to be photographed wide awake, and we did not hear a peep from the the entire time (unless she was hungry). Finally, just as we were about to give up on the sleeping shots, she gave up fighting and drifted off to sleep, so we were able to get plenty of those as well! She was so cooperative about the entire process – such a sweetheart in every possible way. Since this was the first newborn session in my new studio (and because we got so many fantastic images), there will be more than the traditional 7-12 sneak peek images – beware for image overload!
