Sometimes the stars align and you’re lucky enough to have perfect weather, a nearly empty gorgeous Mission, glorious light and perfectly styled & naturally beautiful people to photograph. This was one of those days. Mom styled her beautiful family perfectly – I love how the yellow pops against the blue. Sweet baby “D”, who turned 1 the following day, was so upset to be wearing her adorable little boots. We got a few fun (and yet sad) shots with them on and some happier ones after ditching them. Grandma and Grandpa were in town to celebrate the coming birthday and it’s always so delightful to add them in the family photos. The Mission in San Juan is one of my all time favorite places to shoot because of the beautiful architecture and fabulous light and varied spots that all have their own gorgeous look. But it was the love and joy that this family exuded that really made these photos shine. Enjoy your sneak peek guys!
